Arthur Taylor is New Zealand's most infamous career criminal and has accumulated more than 150 convictions and almost four decades in prison. He studied law in prison and uses his expertise to advocate for prisoners' rights, often successfully. His memoir Prison Break is out now, via Allen & Unwin.
