Axel Downard-Wilke

Axel Downard-Wilke is a transport engineer and planner active in New Zealand since 1998. His core interest is in sustainable transportation and other specialisations include urban traffic engineering, traffic signals, and road safety. With a nationwide focus, he develops guidance, trains his peers, and was a member of the 2014 Cycling Safety Panel.
