Ben Bayly

Ben Bayly is executive chef of Baduzzi, creating rustic yet labour-intensive Italian dishes in Auckland's Wynyard Quarter, and restaurateur of The Grounds, a modern family eatery in west Auckland. He has had an illustrious career, with senior chef roles at Michelin-starred The Ledbury and The Square in London, and was executive chef at fine-dining restaurant The Grove in Auckland until earlier this year.
