Lan Pham is an Environment Canterbury Councillor with a background in freshwater ecology (read: native fish geek). She is all about the health and wellbeing of people and planet and the fundamentals of intergenerational justice. She Co-Chairs the ‘Young Elected Members Committee’ a Local Government New Zealand network of all elected members who are 40 or under.
