Peter Hoar

Dr Peter Hoar is the author of The World’s Din, published by Otago University Press in April 2018. He teaches radio and media history at AUT, where his research interests are in the field of sound studies, particularly history, listening practices and technology. He regularly contributes concert reviews to RNZ Concert’s arts programme Upbeat.
