Shannon Te Ao (Ngāti Tūwharetoa, Ngāti Wairangi, Te Papaka o Maui) is an artist living and working in Te Whanganui-a-Tara. Te Ao is also a Senior Lecturer at Whiti o Rehua School of Art, Massey University Wellington.
