Dr Ben Walker (Ngāti Raukawa) is a senior lecturer in organisational behaviour at Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington. A self-described “work nerd,” he researches and teaches about the human side of work, management, and organisations, with a special focus on supporting and advancing te hunga kaimahi Māori (the Māori workforce).
