Joseph Xulué is a Kanak (Hunëte)/Samoan (Lufi Lufi), born in Nouméa, Kanaky, and is a lawyer in Tāmaki Makaurau. Joseph completed a LLM (Master of Laws) as a Fulbright scholar at Harvard Law School, the first Kanak to do so.
