Every Friday night, a new set of brave, naked tributes line-up for examination on TVNZ’s surreal dating show Naked Attraction. It’s a series that’s made a lot of people mad, raking in over 500 complaints to the network and 13 made to the Broadcasting Standards Authority last year (none of which were upheld).
Upon its return this year, Family First has led the boycotting of the show and several advertisers have already pulled their slots including Lighting Direct, Warehouse Stationary and Carpet Court. But is the show actually as dangerous and damaging as everyone says it is? Or could we do with a few more naked normies on the boob tube?
