Lucy Telfar Barnard

Lucy is a senior research fellow at the University of Otago, Wellington. Her research interests include housing quality standards and regulation, seasonal illness, and respiratory disease. She contributed to the development of the WHO Housing & Health Guidelines, and leads He Kāinga Oranga's work as a WHO Collaborating Centre on Housing and Wellbeing.
