Rachel O'Connor

Rachel O'Connor is the national migration programmes manager for New Zealand Red Cross and has 10 years experience in refugee resettlement. She also coordinates Red Cross’ Pathways to Employment for former refugees to gain work and Refugee Trauma Recovery which provides health services for those who have experienced torture or trauma.
