Sophie van Waardenberg

Sophie van Waardenberg was born in London, England and grew up in Tāmaki Makaurau. Her chapbook-length collection, does a potato have a heart?, was published in AUP New Poets Five. She is a graduate of the MFA in Creative Writing at Syracuse University where she served as Editor-in-Chief of Salt Hill Journal. For now, she lives in New York City with her girlfriend and their cat.
