Wikepa Keelan

Wikepa Keelan is the kaumatua (elder) and Māori cultural advisor at Te Tāhū Hauora Health Quality and Safety Commission for the mental health and addiction (MHA) quality improvement programme. He is the chair of Te Hiringa Kounga Māori, the advisory group responsible for providing traditional Te Ao Māori customs and values in accordance with their tikanga for all MHA programme project areas.
