Mihiata Pirini (Ngāti Tūwharetoa, Whakatōhea) is a law lecturer at Otago University specialising in legal design and kaupapa Māori. She has previously worked at the Law Commission and on Crown Law’s Treaty of Waitangi Team, and is a Ngāi Tahu Māori Law Centre board member. Dr Anna High is a law lecturer at Otago University with three main areas of interest: Chinese law, feminist theory/sexual violence, and evidence law. She completed her doctorate at the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar.
