Trish Harris has worked as a writer, editor and tutor. She's co-founded and run writing workshops for children and adults, worked as a researcher and interviewer for TV and radio, and set up a card and calendar business. The Walking Stick Tree is her first book. Trish was born in Otematata, North Otago, in 1962
