PISUPO & NOODLES
Martynique Roberts-Saolele, age 15
This is a dish I enjoy eating a lot – I grew up with it and it will forever remind me of home.
- 2 servings noodles of your choice
- ½ onion, sliced
- 1 can pisupo (corned beef)
- 1 tablespoon beef stock powder
- chilli flakes – add to your liking
Cook the noodles of your choice in a pot of boiling water.
In a separate pan, fry the onion and pisupo and onion over medium heat until it is slightly charred.
Once the pisupo is ready, add the cooked noodles and beef stock powder and cook for two more minutes.
Sprinkle some chilli flakes and it is ready! Simple and comforting.
