The Spinoff collects information to make our website operate more effectively. Personal information (being information that is capable of identifying you) is collected directly from you and other information is collected when you interact with our Services.
Personal information about you is collected by The Spinoff and may be used to identify or contact you. This information may be collected when you sign up to become a Spinoff Member or when you contact us or interact with our Services. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, other means of contacting you, and mailing/delivery addresses (if you want to receive our merchandise). If you do not supply use with that personal information, then we may be unable to contact you or provide you with our Services effectively.

Your information may be used to, promote our Spinoff Membership program, sell merchandise, and tickets to events, monetise podcasts and sell paid newsletter subscriptions.

Spinoff Members can suspend or delete their accounts (including any personal information contained in their accounts) at any time directly from their account details page or by emailing us.
