Five (realistic) food policy ideas for a healthier NZ
How could a sustainable diet impact your health? What would the impact be on the planet if lots of us made that shift? Dr Cristina Cleghorn (University of Otago) has been investigating the impact of sustainable diets on health and the effects of population-wide dietary change for the Healthier Lives National Science Challenge. This comic details the research, five policy ideas that came out of it, and the impact those policies could have.
Written and illustrated by Toby Morris and Daylight in collaboration with Dr Cleghorn and Healthier Lives – He Oranga Hauora National Science Challenge.
