Elizabeth Smither

Elizabeth Smither won the 2018 Ockham New Zealand national book awards prize for poetry, for her book of verse Night Horse, published by Auckland University Press. She has published 20 collections of poetry as well as novels and short stories. Elizabeth was born in New Plymouth in 1941.
